Plunger Tips
Copper plunger tips are used in the heart of a die cast machine and is a very important part. Plunger tips are moving fluid aluminium or magnesium into the mould and with a high quality copper alloy you will have the best life-time results.
Copper bars
In our production we produce copper bars in diameter 40mm until 200mm. Other sizes on request. We keep many sizes in stock, please ask our team for the availabillity.
Copper finished plunger tips
We have in our production a couple CNC machines and we are able to do the machining of finished plunger tips for you. There a a couple good benefits when we can do the machining for you like: no rest material, no failure costs, low maching cost, less weight transport. If you are interesting please send us your drawing.
Forging
We forged in our factory all copper bars because it makes the grain size finer which improves the mechanical properties and the life span of the plunger tip improve.
Ultrasonic test
After we forged the copper bars in our factory we are doing US-test to avoid porosity.We produce all our plunger according international standards and specifications.
High Performance Alloys
For spot welding electrodes we offer copper alloys like CuCrZr, CuCoBe, CuCoNiBe.
